• The Climate of Côtes de Provence is predominantly Mediterranean (sunny, hot and dry, but is influenced by the sea.)
• 89% of the wine produced in this region is Rosé, with 7.5% Red and 3.5% White.

One evening the soul of wine sang in the bottles:
Oh my dear disinherited, a wish for you tonight
In containing glass and rosy wax that throttles,
A song that’s full of friendship and light!
– from L’Ame du Vin,
Charles Baudelaire 1857
